Vinagre Tinto - Carnes Vermelhas.

Brazilian cuisine - Basic tips for you in your kitchen.

And today I will provide some basic tips for you to use in your kitchen. Some of you may already know, many learned from Mom, who taught the little I know about cooking. Come on.

The day our daily beans.

Beans are beans that have a high rate of fermentation and therefore ingested after they release a huge amount of gases that cause uneasiness and discomfort, especially if consumed at night. Namely this food is not very suitable to be consumed at night, but there is a way to decrease the rate of fermentation of the beans.
- Put the beans to soak the day before you will bake them. Notice the other day that are swollen and on the water there will be a light foam. There are concentrated gases released by the sauce. Ready, you can cook your feijãozinho that will be more light in your brew.
Salted beans? No problem! Remove all the salty broth and replace one-third of water and put to bake a little longer. To thicken the broth put some greens, enjoy put a piece of Macaxeira (Aipim) or even a cup of tapioca starch. Season again to taste and take care of salt eh!
Garlic seasoning is using it? Garlic leaves the food with a distinctive flavor, but has a strong smell! We will resolve it? First take into account this cooking tip: You should temper the food, so be careful with the amounts of seasonings to put on them, after all you're doing Beef with Garlic and Garlic with no meat. The taste and the smell of spice should be soft, light and never exceed about to be the highlight of the dish. To remove the strong smell of garlic from your hands, wash them in water with vinegar and then with soap and water.

The vinegar.

The use of vinegar should be moderate after all it is an acid. Often used to soften the meat, Vinegar little rules that one must follow few people respect at home:
Smooth White vinegar - Salads and Meat White as Chickens, Fish and Seafood (Seafood).
Red Wine Vinegar - Red Meat.
Vinegar for seasoning food with a few drops suffice. Nothing spilled the bottle over the meat thinking it's good business. Remember, seasoning is to highlight dishes.

The couscous.
And that yellowing lovely and warm couscous, do not like to smash it? Wait a few minutes before unmolding and he will leave the whole damn cuscuzeira.

Well, hope you enjoyed it and I promise more tips here. XOXO.
